An author from each paper is required to register and attend the conference. If there are exceptional circumstances that prohibit you from attending, then please email [email protected]
If you are a recently graduated student publishing under your student affilitation, then you should register as a Student. For other non-industry researchers, including postdocs, faculty and independent researchers, register as an Academic.
We can only issue letters of invitation to registered attendees who need one for a Canadian visa application.
If you paid for registration: After paying, complete this form. You will need your receipt number and the email address where Stripe sent your receipt.
If you received a financial award: Complete this form. You will need the promotional code you were given.
Registrations canceled before July 14, 2026 will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
In the special case of a visa issues registrations can be cancelled for a full refund up to the conference start date. You must apply for the visa before June 1st, 2026 and show proof of visa refusal or proof of application withdrawal to be eligible. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject "RLC Refund".
